Returns, Refunds & Cancellations:
At PowerHomeSupply, we take pride in offering a fair and transparent refund and return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a refund, subject to the terms outlined below.
Cancellations:
You may cancel your order at any time before it ships, free of charge. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email at support@powerhomesupply.com or call us at 737-300-9514.
Return & Refund Eligibility:
We offer a 30 day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. All accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase must be included. Returns due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong item) are subject to return shipping costs and a restocking fee of up to 25%, depending on the manufacturer’s policy.
Non-Returnable Items:
Items that have been installed, used, or modified. Items not in their original condition and packaging. Any product that is marked as non-returnable or final sale on the product page. Customized or special order items.
Return Process:
To initiate a return:
Contact us using our email address: support@powerhomesupply.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Receive Return Authorization: This will be issued and we will confirm your return eligibility and provide return instructions.
Shipping Your Item: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Inspection & Refund Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item and we will process your refund within 3 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
Return Shipping Costs:
The return shipping cost is covered by the customer in the following cases:
The customer no longer wants the item. The item does not fit (despite provided measurements). The customer found a better price elsewhere. The customer ordered the wrong product.
We will cover return shipping if:
The item was damaged upon arrival (must be reported within 24 hours with photos/videos as proof). The item has a manufacturing defect. The wrong item was shipped. The product does not match its description or photos.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged, follow these steps immediately:
Inspect the package upon delivery. Take clear photos of the damage (including packaging, SKU, and product damage). Report the issue within 24 hours by emailing support@powerhomesupply.com.
Failure to report damages within 24 hours may void eligibility for a damage claim.
Manufacturer’s Defects & Warranties:
If a product has a manufacturer defect, please provide proof (photos/videos), and we will assist in resolving the issue. Warranty policies vary by brand. Please check the individual product page for details. Warranty claims do not cover shipping damage that was not reported within 30 days.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item, return the original item first following the return process above. Place a new order for the desired item. If applicable, we may offer assistance with exchange shipping costs depending on the manufacturer’s policy.
Restocking Fees:
Some manufacturers charge a restocking fee of up to 25% for returned items. If applicable, we will notify you before processing your return.
Chargebacks & Order Delays:
By purchasing from PowerHomeSupply, you acknowledge the following:
I understand that estimated shipping dates are subject to change due to external factors beyond PowerHomeSupply’s control (e.g. manufacturer delays, supply chain issues). I will not cancel my order or file a chargeback due to order delays caused by external factors. I acknowledge that if I return my order after it has shipped, I am responsible for return shipping and restocking fees.
